We use Australia Post, Aramex Couriers and other freight management companies at our discretion for all our deliveries. Should the purchaser require any other shipping company to be used it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange the shipping and paid all charges and supply proof of such to Bolts Nuts Screws Australia prior to dispatch.

If for any reason you’ve changed your mind following purchase, we’re happy to work with you to return the item/items. To qualify for this offer, it is important to follow the guidelines below:

We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item/items that you intend to return it/them, and you must obtain a Returns Authority from Bolts Nuts Screws Australia customer service team. This can be done by emailing info@bnsa.com.au 

The item/items must then be returned within 7 days following this notification and receiving your returns authorisation.

NOTE: Bolts Nuts Screws Australia does not accept unauthorised returns.

The item/items must be returned in the original unopened and undamaged sealed re-saleable condition packaging it was sent in (ready to be put back on the shelf)

The item/items must NOT be opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them back. We do not accept the following returns: “damaged packaging”, “broken pack quantities”, “used items” or “competitor’s products”.

DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging. The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us in original and re-saleable condition. All returned freight or postage must be pre-paid by the returner.

Refunds will only be given for the product purchased less any applicable discount, freight or postage charges including GST. 

Please ensure that any returns are sent via tracked postal service as we cannot accept any responsibility for items which do not arrive back to us. No refund of any type will be given should the returned item not arrive at our warehouse.

Your order will be dispatched from Underwood 4119 Brisbane Queensland or direct to you from our supplier’s warehouse.

We don’t currently have any facilities for orders placed to be collected instore.

Free shipping (in our nominated delivery zones) is based on customers spending $100 and over after discounts and before GST (excluding Threaded Rod) and the order is under 22kgs in weight. All kits and or assortments ordered are shipped free in our nominated delivery zones. Threaded Rod is shipped on a weight based basis and if ordered with other products. Freight charges for all orders is calculated at checkout. The price of kits and assortments are excluded from the $100 spend for free shipping. All orders over 22kgs in weight (excluding kits and assortment) will attract a bulky order delivery charge. We also offer an Express delivery service for orders under 22kgs in weight excluding Threaded Rod, Express shipping is not available for any Threaded Rod. All charges applied to Express delivery are payable by the purchaser and will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to ship from our warehouse or a supplier’s warehouse direct so please check with us before ordering if your order delivery is time sensitive.

Our online store is in operation 24/7. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be packed and dispatched on the next business day subject clear payment funds being received by 10.30am EST, all orders are collected by our transport companies during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. 

Deliveries are not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

All orders are packed and sent within 1 business day (subject to stock availability) after full payment is received into Bolts Nuts Screws Australia’s nominated payment accounts. The goods will be shipped by either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or other freight management companies in either satchels or cardboard cartons at Bolt Nuts Australia’s discretion. We reserve the right to ship from our warehouse or a supplier’s warehouse direct to your nominated receiving point.

Our flat rate shipping is for delivery within our nominated delivery zones (excluding kits and or assortments and Threaded Rod). Kits and assortments are shipped Free of charge to our nominated delivery Zones only. Orders including kits and assortments (excluding Threaded Rod) for all other zones outside of our nominated delivery zones will be shipped at the prevailing Australia Post Regular Parcel rated for orders up to 22kgs excluding Threaded Rod. All orders over 22kgs in weight will attract a bulky order delivery charge.

We ship to all areas of Australia (excluding Australia’s External Territories) either free, flat rate or freight on. All shipping charges are calculated at check-out (or in cart) on our web site.

All express shipping (where this option is available) is shipped by Australia Post and is subject to their nominated delivery timetables for express shipping. Express shipping service normally but not always will give you overnight delivery to most destinations.
